Admission Procedure to B Tech 2023
All B Tech aspirants have to follow a similar procedure to gain admission to any institution. The B Tech admission steps are as follows:
• Firstly, B Tech aspirants must pass any entrance examination and qualify for college admission.
• National engineering entrance exams like JEE Main are accepted by NIT, IIIT, GFTI, and various other private colleges.

• In addition to the above two exams, B Tech admission must also pass state-level exams, such as WBJEE, KEAM, AP EAMCET, TS EAMCET, MHT CET, etc., and A-level exams university/college, such as BITSAT, VITEEE, SRMJEEE, UPESEAT, ETC.
• All engineering entrance exams are held in April, May, and June of each year.
• Following the publication of the results of each examination, the competent authorities consult and allocate places. During the counseling period, students must choose their preferred university and program based on their ranking.
• Once the places have been allocated, each student must complete the registration process in the assigned engineering school.
Entry Requirements for BE/B Tech The basic entry requirements for any B Tech course are:
• Applicants must pass the Accreditation Board Level 12 exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects.
• They must also have obtained at least 60% in total in the above subjects.
• Most admissions are based on a student’s performance on an entrance exam.
