Bhai Ganhaiya Ekta School Of Nursing GNM, courses is a three-year degree program designed for students who wish to pursue a career in clinical nursing.

First-year courses include– Anatomy, Physiology, Nutrition, Health community, psychology, microbiology, environmental health, health education, sociology, nursing basics, first aid, health education, and communication skills.
Second-year courses include – pharmacology, medical and surgical nursing, psychiatric nursing, orthopedic nursing, ophthalmic nursing, community health nursing, mental health, psychiatric nursing, and disease infectious.
Third-year courses- include advanced community health nursing, pediatric nursing, obstetrics and gynecology, introduction to research, ward administration and management, trends and adjustment, and health economics.
Not only that, but our experienced teachers also train students in effective communication skills and soft skills to make them professionals for future employment.
Program Objectives
• To help students develop the ability to collaborate and coordinate with members of the healthcare team in disease prevention, health promotion, and patient recovery
• To train students who can keep abreast of the latest developments in professional knowledge and technology and use them to provide care
• Learn to perform dialysis procedures
Thus, upon successful completion of the course, candidates are able to meet the needs of care for patients of all ages and are prepared to provide appropriate care.
They are able to apply their knowledge of human, biological, and behavioral sciences to work as nurses.
Minimum Educational Eligibility Criteria for Admission to GNM:
• 10+2 English and must have scored at least 40% on a Credentialing Board Qualifying Examination and separate examination of English.
Applicants are also eligible for National Open School endorsement.
Applicants are also eligible for National Open Schools accredited by the state government and the National Institute of Open Schools (NIOS) accredited by the central government.
English 10+2 with 40% marks in professional ANM courses in Indian Council of Nursing accredited schools.
For institutions, the National Board of Nursing will be responsible for ensuring eligibility and suitability equivalent to the above.
Reservations:
For applicants with disabilities: 3% disability.
Reservations with a degree of motor impairment of 40% to 50% of the lower limbs will be considered.
Other eligibility criteria- related to age and eligibility will be the same as listed for each applicant.
Nursing program
Note- A committee consisting of a physician licensed by the state medical board and a panel nurse will be formed to determine if an applicant has a 40% to 50% movement impairment.
5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates. Any other quota imposed by the state government.

• Student registration takes place every year.
• Students must be in good health.
• The minimum entry age is 17 years old. (As of December 31 this year) The upper age limit is 35 years.
For the ANM/LHV, there is no age limit.
Career Prospects
GNM degree holders who acquire the required skills and training in the fields of nursing and nursing can work in hospitals, clinics, and the health sector, or can work as private health care providers.
They can also opt for community service or work for an NGO that spreads medical awareness or helps the sick. Common job types are usually nurse manager, family nurse, health inspector, or community health worker.
