Admission Core Committee
Atmiya University has constituted an Admission Core Committee to regulate, formulate and execute the admission process of candidates to various academic programs at various levels as per the norms of the University.
There are three sub-committees under the core committee to help the prospective candidates make the right career choice through counseling and guidance along with carrying out the admission process in a fair and transparent manner.
Admission to professional programs like Engineering, MBA, MCA, and Pharmacy in the University is done as per the guidelines of the respective Central Admission Committee (ACPC and ACPDC).
Formed by the Government of Gujarat
As per the provision in the guidelines, the seats under Management Quota are filled on the basis of an inter-se merit list of prospective students.
Apart from the UG, PG, and Research programs at Atmiya University, admission in the above-mentioned Commerce, Science, Management, Humanities and Social Sciences, PG Diploma, and others are done through a defined admission process as per the norms.

Admission Process
Professional programs like Engineering, MBA, MCA, and Pharmacy in the University where admission is done through the Central Admission Committee constituted by the Govt. In Gujarat, the admission procedure laid down by the concerned committee is followed.
Step 1: An information document containing details such as seats available, fees, eligibility criteria, admission process schedule, etc. is published through the University website and other appropriate means. The help desk as well as the counseling center has been made operational for the guidance and assistance of the students.
Step 2: Admission letters along with supporting documents are accepted in online and offline mode for the duration prescribed in the admission schedule.
The benefits of filling out the application form for all the programs after the declaration of the result can be availed in the following two ways:
2. Online Mode: Candidates visit the website http://admission.atmiya.ac.in/ to fill in their details.
Step 3: After the last date for submission of admission forms, the applications received are reviewed for eligibility and other details. The merit list is prepared on the basis of university norms.
Step 4: The first list of admission allotments is declared along with the admission confirmation schedule.
Step 5: Candidates can confirm admission after verification of original documents and payment of a fee.
Step 6: After the last date of confirmation of admission based on the first list, the second list of admission allotment is declared based on the number of vacant seats. The same process is followed for the second and subsequent rounds.
Eligibility for Admission:
For admission to UG, PG, PG Diploma, and Integrated programs, the candidates must have passed the qualifying examination from any recognized Board/University in the respective disciplines as prescribed by the concerned university from time to time.
Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from other than Gujarat Board / Central Board / Other Universities, have to obtain Provisional Eligibility Certificate from the University.

Hostel Facilities
The Institute has magnificently designed separate hostels for boys each with all modern facilities, for boarding and The hostels have their own mess to provide good and hygienic food to the students. Well furnished and spacious rooms are there for 350+ boys. There are cubical as well as dormitories for the students .Each room is equipped with a bed, a study table, study chair, almirah and an easy chair.
Architecture
The hostel buildings are remarkable pieces of architecture. The architecture of the hostels is inspired from the traditional design used in places where general climate is very hot. Because of the carefully designed structure the temperature inside the buildings remain comfortable even in extremely hot weather conditions.
Hostel Committees
Various committees viz cultural, discipline, sports, mess, maintenance have been established to provide opportunities for overall development in their personalities during their stay in the hostel. These clubs serve to organize all the cultural events and other happenings in the hostel.
Common Rooms
Spacious common rooms are provided in all the hostels, which are a place for constructive activities like indoor games, discussions and get together within the hostel. Indoor games like carom board, chess, table tennis are provided within the campus. There is a separate Badminton court in both the hostels and sports equipment is provided from the hostel’s sports committee.
News and TV Room
The hostel provides the students with daily newspapers and various magazines to make them aware of the daily happenings of the world.
