About Bhagwant University
Bhagwant University is established by Bhagwant Education Foundation which has also established Bhagwant Global University Kotdwar conducting professional programs such as B.Sc. Agriculture, MBA, BBA, etc. Bhagwant University is formed under the aegis of the Bhagwant Group of Institutions and has been established by the Government of Rajasthan and approved by UGC, as per section 2f of the UGC Act 1956.
It is a JEE-listed university & is a member of IAU, FICCI, AIMA, and IAP. It is also an ISO-9001-certified University.
This is the only University in Rajasthan that has the most demanding & upcoming engineering courses like Aeronautics, Petroleum, Nanotechnology, and Agriculture.
The University has state-of-the-art physical and academic infrastructure, with educated, learned, and highly qualified faculty members. It has collaborated with international universities to give global exposure to students.

Bhagwant University is located on Sikar Road, Ajmer. It is about 10 km. from the bus station and 12 km. from the railway station. The University is well connected with bus services at the intra-city level and with rail and road at the intercity level.

Establishment of Bhagwant University Ajmer
Bhagwant University, Ajmer, Rajasthan is recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC) a statutory body of the Government of India under 22 of UGC ACT.
Approval By AICTE
As per law, Universities do not require AICTE approval. Only institutions which are affiliated with Universities require approval. As Bhagwant University is a Bonafide University established by a State Act & duly recognized by UGC, hence it does not require AICTE approval. This standing of law is established by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Bharathidasan University Vs AICTE.
Recognition By DGMS
DGMS does not approve any Institute/ University for providing Technical Education in Mining, but the students awarded Degree/ Diploma in Mining Engineering by the Bhagwant University shall be considered by DGMS.
