RIDHIMA MEDICAL & EDUCATION RESEARCH SOCIETY WAS FOUNDED IN 2005-2006 BY BRINGING TOGETHER PROFESSIONALS FROM VARIOUS FIELDS TO FURTHER THE HIGHER PURPOSE OF PROVIDING QUALITY EDUCATION.
THE FIRST INSTITUTION ESTABLISHED BY THE INSTITUTE WAS THE INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY IN 2009-10, WHICH WAS THE FIRST COURSE LAUNCHED UNDER THE INSTITUTE. TODAY THE RIDHIMA GROUP HAS SEVERAL FORTHCOMING COURSES UNDER ONE ROOF.
RIDHIMA MEDICAL EDUCATION AND RESEARCH SOCIETY WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2005 TO SERVE THE NEEDY AND VULNERABLE SEGMENTS OF SOCIETY. TODAY, THE COMPANY OPERATES SEVERAL INSTITUTIONS OF MEDICAL, NURSING, AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION.

THE CONSTANT PRESENCE OF STUDENT-FRIENDLY WARDENS FOR GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING PROVIDES COMFORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO STUDENTS AWAY FROM PARENTAL GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT SYSTEMS. STUDENTS FROM ALL OVER INDIA SHARING ROOMS AND OTHER FACILITIES HELP DEVELOP A SENSE OF TOGETHERNESS AND NATIONAL UNITY.
WE ARE FULLY EQUIPPED TO PERFORM MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTS. THE ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY LABS ARE WELL EQUIPPED WITH AMPLE MODS, ART, SAMPLES AND EVERYTHING ELSE.
THE NURSING ARTS LABORATORY IS EQUIPPED WITH DUMMIES, MODELS, DIAGRAMS, AND ALL THE EQUIPMENT STUDENTS NEED TO LEARN. THE COMMUNITY LAB AND NUTRITION LAB ARE ALSO FULLY EQUIPPED.

- NURSES PROVIDE DIRECT PATIENT CARE TO PATIENTS OR GROUPS OF PATIENTS. STATION MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING SUPPORT. SHE REPORTS DIRECTLY TO THE STATION MASTER.
- WARD NURSE OR NURSING DIRECTOR. RESPONSIBLE TO THE DIRECTOR OF NURSING FOR THE NURSING ADMINISTRATION OF THE WARD OR WARD. I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE STATION. ASSIGN TASKS TO NURSING AND NON-NURSING STAFF WORKING ON THE WARD
RESPONSIBLE FOR PATIENT SAFETY AND COMFORT ON THE WARD. TEACHING HOSPITALS OFFER COURSES.
- SUPERINTENDENT/ASSISTANT NURSING SUPERINTENDENT. SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE AND MANAGEMENT OF MULTIPLE WARDS OR UNITS TO NURSING SUPERVISORS AND ASSISTANT NURSING SUPERVISORS. EXAMPLE – SURGICAL DEPARTMENT. AMBULANCE.
- DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF NURSING. SHE REPORTS TO NURSING SERVICES MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORTS HOSPITAL NURSING MANAGEMENT.
- NURSING SUPERVISORS ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO MEDICAL SUPERVISORS FOR THE SAFE AND EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF HOSPITAL NURSING SERVICES.
- HEAD OF NURSING SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH NURSING SERVICES AND NURSING TRAINING WITHIN THE TEACHING HOSPITAL.
7. COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSE (CHN) SERVICES FOCUS PRIMARILY ON CHILDREN’S REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH PROGRAMS.
- TEACH NURSING. THE TEACHER’S ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY IN NURSING IS TO PLAN, TEACH, AND SUPERVISE THE STUDENT’S LEARNING EXPERIENCE. NURSING EDUCATION POSITIONS INCLUDE CLINICAL INSTRUCTORS, TUTORS, SENIOR TUTORS, LECTURERS AND ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS, NURSING LEADERS, AND PROFESSORS OF NURSING.
- CORPORATE NURSES CORPORATE NURSES PROVIDE FIRST AID, SICK CARE, OCCUPATIONAL INJURY HEALTH EDUCATION, AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION.
- ARMY NURSES. THE MILITARY NURSING SERVICE BECAME PART OF THE INDIAN ARMY, MAKING NURSES WHO WERE GIVEN THE RANK OF LIEUTENANT FROM MAJOR GENERAL TO COMMISSIONED OFFICERS.
