Eligibility
1. Applicants must pass the 10+2 examination of the equivalent examination school of the Haryana school board of education or equivalent.
2. After Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and English (PCBE), a minimum overall mark of 45% (40% for the reserved category SC/ST).
3.10+2 Professional ANM Course accredited by Indian Council of Nursing (INC), New Delhi.
4. ANM training, i.e. 10th pass plus a year and a half of training, must have passed 10+2 or equivalent.
5. Age limit: 17-35 years old, but the ANM/LHV that works there does not apply the age limit of 17-35 years old.
5. Applicants must be in good health and a health certificate must be presented upon registration.
GNM – General Nursing and Midwifery
Admission Procedures – Admission to the three-and-a-half-year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) education program is for unmarried girls only and will be based on a qualifying examination based on a points-based transcript percentage earned.
Transcripts will be compiled on a scale of 100.
Those with a higher degree, i.e. a postgraduate degree, add 5 points.
Admissions will be made by a commission composed as follows:
Managed Quota Places for Nursing in 25 % of approved enrollments including 15% for children/NRI places.
