Admission Prosses 1 Appear for the Nirwan Research Entrance Test (NRET) or submit your entrance test score of UGC-NET (including JRF), CSIR, ICMR, or GATE cleared within the last two years. 2 Presentation and discussion of research interests followed by a personal interview with the panel. The results of the entrance exam will be published on the official website of the university. 3 Qualified candidates will be notified by email regarding their admission offer. 4 After depositing the enrollment fee and providing the required academic documents, the candidate’s registration will be confirmed. The candidate will now be referred to as a Research Scholar. 5 After depositing the coursework fee and semester tuition fee, the University will notify students about the commencement of scheduled coursework classes. 6 University notifies Course Work exams and results; Research Scholar submits research plan (synopsis) to Research cell after recommendation by URC and allotment of Supervisor on Research Board’s recommendation. 7 Research scholars must submit progress reports to URC every semester. They must participate in conferences, seminars, and publications as per UGC guidelines, and submit their thesis after 30 months of registration for their Ph.D. 8 Thesis submission to research cell after URC’s recommendation. Ph.D. Viva Voce exam with three examiners. Ph.D. degree awarded after successful Viva Voce.
